“But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” (James 1:4)
For the last few days God has been testing my endurance and putting me in positions where I am faced with an tremendous amount of adversity. I was frustrated, hurt, broken, used, many times told no, rejected, had failed unmet expectations, disappointed, taken advantage of and sadden. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ All of my life I never really had to fight to get what I wanted. Things came to me fairly easily. This time God placed me in a position to where no outsource, thing or person could help me. God made me uncomfortable. God wanted me to trust in Him and also in myself and know that I got what it takes. God will put you in the place to get blessed. But He’s not going to hold your hand and do the speaking for you. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ I was my own hinderance. I was my own downfall. I was blocking my own blessings. Because I was afraid to open up my mouth and move. God gave me a mouth and a voice to speak. The power of life and death are in the tongue. Blessings and curses are in the tongue. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ Listen God will place you in places and in environments around great people to bless you. But you have to open up your mouth and not be afraid to speak! The reason why you lack and don’t have is because you don’t open up your mouth. The reason why you’re in the same position is because you don’t open up your mouth. The reason why things haven’t changed for you is because you don’t open up your mouth. The Bible says faith without works is dead. You can have as small as an mustered seed. You can pray and talk all day long. If you don’t move your feet and speak up to those who in position to bless you, you always be behind. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ Don’t allow another God given moment or opportunity in your life to pass you by where God is positioning you to be blessed.
